+ How long will my order take?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with all details of your order including tracking number. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which allows you to track your parcel via their website. We look to dispatch all orders within 3 days. Although during holidays and other festive periods, delivery times could take a little longer. If you have a concern about delivery please get in touch with our team via email.

+ Can your melts be used in all burners?

Our melts are best used in tealight burners as the heat gives off a stronger scent throw creating a more enjoyable experience. When selecting your materials, ceramic bowls generally provide a better scent than glass.

Please do not burn your tealight burners for more than hours at a time and try to leave 4 hours between each use. If not, this can result in overheating and cracking of your burner.

+ How sustainable are you?

We have worked hard to source the most premium fragrances, wax and luxury packaging, without compromising on sustainability. Our melts and candles are made with soy wax which is both vegan friendly and biodegradable. We are committed to reducing unnecessary waste wherever possible in our packaging and have sourced packaging which is either reusable, recyclable or both!

As much as we would love to, we can not offer refills on our candles as we can not guarantee they will be damaged in transit. However, the glass can easily be cleaned out and recycled or reused as a pot holder or organiser in your home.

+ How long does each the fragrance last?

We load our melts with 10% fragrance, so you are guaranteed at least 4 hours strong scent per melt sometimes even longer. For our candles, it depends on the size, check our product description to see how long long the burn time is.

+ Is white smoke normal?

Yes - it’s only the fragrance from your melt giving you a wonderful aroma!

+ Do you do designer dupes?

Designer dupes are not currently part of our range. However, if you have a favourite fragrance let us know, we will be able to let you know what products you would like based on it's ingredients.

+ Are your melts pet friendly?

For most pets, our candles and melts are fine however we can not take into account any personal allergies they may have. Please contact your vet for further advice if you are concerned and keep your melts out of reach from both pets and children.

+ Can I get a refund?

If you have changed your mind about your order and the item is still new, unused and in the original packaging, then yes you can. This must be done within 14 days. Please keep in mind we do not refund the postage costs to you or you on returning the item.

+ My item is faulty

Faulty items are rare as we hand pour every candle and melt in small batches to ensure better quality product. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us right away at info@candelts.co.uk

+ My item is damaged

We’re extremely sorry to hear this has happened to your item. We pride ourselves on making sure our product reaches you in pristine condition which is why we thoroughly check all products prior to being dispatched. If your item has been broken in the post, send it along with your order number to info@candelts.co.uk.
